Objective To obtain the real interests and concerns of first line physicians in the situation of uneven levels of ultrasound medical practitioners,and design teaching content in a targeted manner.Methods Subjects were physicians engaged in cardiac ultrasound diagnosis,mainly from WeChat academic groups across the country and their colleagues.The questionnaire was obtained from January to March 2022.An online questionnaire was designed based on echocardiographic features of common heart diseases.It was required to select 5 most concerned problems in sequence from 11 questions.The average comprehensive score was calculated and ranked to obtain the issues that were truly interested in and concerned about by frontline phisicians.Results A total of 3 709 questionnaires were received nationwide.Top three most concerned questions were:How to judge regional wall motion abnormality of the left ventricle.Why a patient with normal left ventricular ejection fraction is diagnosed as heart failure in a clinical scenario.Why my measurement of the left ventricle is different to that of others and how to make it accurate.The single question that most people choose(1 233,33.24%)was"Why my measurement of the left ventricle is different to that of others and how to make it accurate"Conclusion Through the feedback of this large online survey,teaching content can be designed to provide better arrangements in continuing medical education activities for basic level and young physicians in ultrasound medicine.
