Analysis of the Application Effect of WeChat Group Assisted Teaching in Nursing Practice Teaching of Hepatobiliary Surgery
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of WeChat group assisted teaching in nursing practice teaching of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods A total of 40 nursing interns(nursing students)in hepatobiliary surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group(20 students in each group)according to a random number table.Routine nursing instruction was received in the control group,and WeChat group assisted teaching was received in the observation group.The assessment results,comprehensive ability,teaching satisfaction and teaching quality scores of nursing students were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the score of basic theoretical knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of the observation group were(35.46±2.84)points,(28.12±1.16)points and(91.23±3.75)points respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[(30.35±2.51)points,(25.13±2.36)points and(80.95±3.61)points].The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability score of nursing students after graduation was compared,and the observation group(learning enthusiasm,problem analysis,problem solving,communication expression,work performance,labor discipline,professional ethics,thought and behavior)were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Teaching quality score(teaching methods,teaching attitude,level of hardware,medical ethics,academic ability),observation group was higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat group assisted teaching in the teaching of nursing practice in hepatobiliary surgery can improve the level of clinical teaching,ensure the teaching effect,improve the examination results and comprehensive ability of nursing students,and has high teaching satisfaction.
