《神经精神系统疾病》整合课程期末考试实践研究

目的 探讨《神经精神系统疾病》整合课程应用美国执业医师考试(United States Medical Licensing Examination,USMLE)模式试题实施期末考试的可行性及有效性.方法 选取重庆医科大学第二临床学院 2016级临床医学"5+3"学制学生 130 名为研究对象,于2020 年 2-9 月通过分析USMLE试题特点、梳理课程知识点、开发USMLE模式试题、召开命题教研会等步骤编排USMLE模式期末考试题,以保证期末试题均符合USMLE模式并覆盖课程所有需"掌握"的知识点,观察分析考试结果.结果 学生平均成绩(111.57±15.72)分,全卷难度适中(0.74)、区分度良好(0.31)、信度适中(0.72),有效达到考试目的.USMLE模式试题受到学生广泛好评(好评率 91%).结论 USMLE模式试题契合器官系统整合教学宗旨,实践证实应用其实施期末考试的可行性及有效性,期待USMLE模式试题在中国医学本科教育期末考试中的应用.
A Practical Study on the Final Examination of Neuropsychiatric System Diseases Integrated Curriculum
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of United States Medical Licensing Examination(USMLE)tests to the final examination of Neuropsychiatric System Diseases integrated curriculum.Methods A total of 130 undergraduates of grade 2016 majoring in clinical medicine in the Second Clinical College of Chongqing Medical University were selected as the subjects.From February to September 2020,the final examination was formulated by analyzing the features of USMLE tests,sorting out the knowledge points,developing the USMLE tests,and organizing the teaching workshops,to ensure that it was in accordance with the USMLE model and covered all the knowledge points needed to be"mastered"in the course,and the test results were observed and analyzed.Results The average score of the students was(111.57±15.72)points.The whole paper was of moderate difficulty(0.74),good differentiation(0.31)and moderate reliability(0.72),achieving the test purpose effectively.Besides,USMLE tests were widely praised by the students with a favorable rating of 91%.Conclusion The USMLE tests are in line with the concept and purpose of the organ-system based integrated curriculum.The practice has proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of the USMLE tests to the final examination.Its application and promotion to the final examination of Chinese medical undergraduate education is expected.
