Teaching Design of Official Document Writing for Students Majoring in Health Service and Management Based on Situational Model
The ability to write official documents is a necessary writing skill for college students.After graduation,students majoring in health service and management will immediately apply official documents,which is an essential skill for them to engage in management work.In addition to teaching students the basic theory,knowledge and technical methods of official document writing,we should also help them to establish a three-dimensional management thinking,be able to examine problems from different functions,different roles and different orientations.Currently,in teaching official document writing,emphasis is placed on writing skills and methods,and neglecting the management attributes of official documents.Situation-based teaching can simulate management practices and cultivate students'ability to shift from problem-solving to problem-solving.In our study,we took the"Official Document Writing Quiz"as an example,and made a teaching design based on the situation mode from the three stages of activity preparation,activity implementation and activity summary.Situation-based teaching,creating a simulated teaching situation and conduct teaching activities led by students,could stimulate students'interest in learning,improve their self-learning ability,facilitate the mastery of knowledge,and have strong operability.Situation-based teaching should achieve clear teaching objectives,effectively integrate teaching content with ideological and political education,build real situations,and strengthen emotional education.
