The Practice of TBL Combined With Hierarchical Progression Teaching Mode in the Standardized Training of Residents
Objective To explore the impact of team based learning(TBL)combined with hierarchical and progressive teaching mode on standardized training for resident physicians. Methods The resident physicians of Xinyang Central Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the objects of analysis. From November 2021 to April 2022,the resident training mode(as the control group)was adopted, and from May to November 2022,the TBL combined with hierarchical progressive mode(as the observation group)was adopted. The degree of professional knowledge mastery, practical operation ability,self-learning ability, and training quality of the resident physicians were scored.Statistical analysis of resident physicians'satisfaction with training work and other related data information was carried out. Results The observation group had a higher level of professional knowledge mastery among resident physicians compared to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The practical operation ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(82.68±7.48)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-study ability score of the observation group physicians was higher than that of the control group(84.16±6.49)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The training quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Resident physicians have higher satisfaction with training work, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TBL combined with hierarchical progression can have a positive impact on standardized training for resident physicians, and can elevate the level of standardized training for resident physicians to a new level.
