数字骨科结合PBL-CBL教学法在骨肿瘤临床带教中的应用

随着医学教学模式的不断改革与发展,传统教学模式的弊端逐渐显露,在传统教学模式的基础上进行完善和创新是当今教学模式发展的研究热点.骨科临床教学作为临床医学教育的重要组成部分,具有病种繁多、难度大、病因机制多变和重点难点不易理解和掌握等特点.特别是骨肿瘤相关疾病,其病因学、形态学和临床表现等特点都是青年医师难以理解和掌握的难点,而学员们对以往传统带教方法的教学效果普遍感到欠满意.文章系统地介绍了数字骨科结合以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)和以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的一种全新的教学方式,进一步阐述了其在临床课前、课中和课后的实施过程和应用体会.数字骨科结合PBL-CBL教学法能够充分激发学生的积极能动性和学习热情,有利于帮助学生将理论与临床实践相结合,进而提升学生临床实践的多项综合能力.
Application of Digital Orthopedics Combined With PBL and CBL Teaching Methodology in Clinical Practical Education of Bone Tumor
With the continuous reform and development of medical teaching models,the disadvantages of traditional teaching models have gradually emerged.Improving and innovating on the basis of traditional teaching models is a research hotspot in the development of modern teaching models.As an important component of clinical medical education,orthopedic clinical teaching is characterized by a wide variety of diseases,great difficulty,variable etiological mechanisms,and difficulty in understanding and mastering key and difficult points.Especially for bone tumor related diseases,various etiological,morphological,and clinical characteristics are difficult for young physicians to understand and master,and students are generally dissatisfied with the teaching effectiveness of traditional teaching methods in the past.This article systematically introduces a new teaching method of digital orthopedics combining problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL),and further elaborates its implementation process and application experience before,during,and after clinical classes.Digital orthopedics combined with PBL-CBL teaching can fully stimulate students'enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning,help students combine theory with clinical practice,and thereby improve their comprehensive abilities in clinical practice.
