Practical Research of O2O Mixed Teaching Mode in Hospital Pharmacy Interning Students
Objective By comparing the differences between traditional offline teaching mode and O2O blended teaching mode in teaching pharmaceutical interns at a certain hospital,this study explores the diversity of teaching modes in hospital pharmacies and the efficiency of utilizing new media carriers.Methods A total of 34 pharmaceutical related internship students who interned at a certain hospital from October 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The experimental group were adopted O2O blended teaching mode,while the control group wre adopted traditional teaching mode.Two groups of internship students were given the same content of teaching.Finally,the teaching performance and satisfaction of the two groups of internship students were compared.Results The evaluation of teaching quality in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of interns who believed that the course has yielded great benefits and gained inspiration accounts for 47%,significantly higher than the control group of 12%.The final assessment result indicated that the teaching performance of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Teaching guidance based on O2O blended teaching method can greatly improve the efficiency and performance of teaching internships.
