Influence of Multi-Mode Teaching Based on Information Technology on Critical Thinking Ability of Growing Nurses in Operating Room
Objective To explore the application value of multi-mode teaching based on information technology in growing nurses in operating rooms. Methods A total of 74 growth period nurses in the operating room of Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group with 37 participants in each group. The control group received routine teaching, while the observation group received multi-mode teaching based on information technology. Both groups were taught for 8 weeks. The assessment results, critical thinking ability and nurses'satisfaction with teaching work of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After teaching, the scores of theoretical knowledge, practical operation skills, systematization ability, critical thinking self-confidence,and open thinking in the California critical thinking inventory(CCTDI)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of growing nurses in the operating room of the observation group with teaching work was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-mode teaching based on information technology can promote the growing nurses in the operating room to master the relevant theoretical knowledge of operating room nursing, improve their practical operation ability, enhance their critical thinking ability, and the nurses are highly satisfied with the teaching work, which is practical in the teaching of operating room nursing.
