BOPPPS教学模式联合OSCE在内科临床教学中的应用

目的 探讨BOPPPS教学模式联合客观结构化临床考试模式(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)在内科临床教学中的应用效果.方法 选取在2021 年 6 月—2022 年 6 月,于重庆大学附属肿瘤医院心内科的接受临床实习的 50 名医学生作为研究对象,按照所接受的教学模式不同分为研究组和参比组,每组各25 名.参比组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用BOPPPS教学模式联合OSCE.比较两组学生考核成绩、学习投入情况、教学质量及教学满意度.结果 研究组理论考试、病史采集以及病历书写、临床病例分析、临床技能评分均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组UWES-S量表总分及活力、专注、奉献各维度评分均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组DREEM量表中对学习的知觉、对环境的知觉、对教师的知觉、在学术方面对自我的认知及在社交方面对自我的认知各维度评分均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组学生教学总满意率为(96.00%),高于参比组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 BOPPPS教学模式联合OSCE在内科临床教学中应用效果显著,能提高学生的综合能力,且教学质量及教学满意度均良好.
The Application of BOPPPS Teaching Mode Combined With OSCE in Clinical Teaching of Internal Medicine
Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching mode combined with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in internal medicine clinical teaching.Methods A total of 50 medical students who underwent clinical internships in the department of cardiology at Chongqing University Affiliated Cancer Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a research group and a control group based on the different teaching modes they received,with 25 students in each group.The reference group were adopted traditional teaching mode,while the research group were adopted BOPPPS teaching mode combined with OSCE.The assessment scores,learning engagement,teaching quality,and teaching satisfaction between two groups of students were compared.Results The scores of theory examination,medical history collection,medical record writing,clinical case analysis and clinical skills in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total score of UWES-S scale and the scores of vitality,concentration and dedication in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of DREEM scale in the research group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05)in terms of perception of learning,perception of environment,perception of teachers,self-cognition in academic aspects and self-cognition in social aspects.The total satisfaction rate of students in the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than that in the reference group(76.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of BOPPPS teaching model combined with OSCE in internal medicine clinical teaching is effective,which can improve the comprehensive ability of students,and the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction are good.
