Influence of Era Task-Oriented Flipped Classroom on Autonomous Learning Ability of Medical Students
Objective To investigate the influence of Internet"era task-oriented flipped classroom"on urological students'autonomous learning ability.Methods A total of 248 undergraduate intern who practiced in the urology department of our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were divided into the control group(124 cases)and the test group(124 cases)according to the distribution principle of random number table.The control group was given traditional teaching methods,and the test group was given internet"era task-oriented flipped classroom"on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given 3 weeks of teaching.The assessment results and self-learning ability of the two groups before and after 3 weeks of teaching were compared,and the excellence rate,teaching evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups after 3 weeks of teaching were compared.Results After 3 weeks of teaching,the total scores of case analysis,objective questions,theoretical knowledge assessment and practical operation assessment in the test group were higher than before,and the test group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After 3 weeks of teaching,the scores of self-control,self-management and love of learning in the test group were higher than before,and the test group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After 3 weeks of teaching,the scores of teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching effects of the test group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After 3 weeks of teaching,the excellent rate and teaching satisfaction rate of the test group were 16.13%and 92.74%respectively,which were higher than the control group(3.23%and 75.81%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Internet"era task-oriented flipped classroom"could improve the independent learning ability,assessment results,excellence rate and teaching satisfaction of urology undergraduate interns,and improve the teaching evaluation of urology undergraduate interns to teaching teachers.
