Objective To explore the effect of the training scheme for specialized nurses in disinfection supply based on ADDIE model.Methods A total of 122 specialist nurses from Sichuan Province and Chinese Nursing Association from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 118 specialist nurses from Sichuan Province and Chinese Nursing association from January to November 2022 were selected as the experimental group.The control group was given the conventional training mode for specialist nurses,while the experimental group was given the training scheme based on ADDIE model.The theoretical results,operational results,core competence and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the experimental group's theoretical scores[(98.08±1.25)points]and operational scores[(97.57±1.05)points]were higher than those of the control group[(93.83±1.58)points and(94.48±1.19)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.001).The core competence[(155.30±11.38)points]and satisfaction[(58.15±7.20)points]of specialist nurses in the experimental group were better than those in the control group[(113.04±14.04)points and(52.84±18.28)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The training program of specialized nurses in disinfection supply center based on ADDIE model effectively improves the professional knowledge and core competence of trainees,which can provide reference for the training of specialized nurses in disinfection supply center.
