互动式死亡焦虑舒缓工作坊在肿瘤医院护生死亡教育中的应用

目的 探析肿瘤医院护生死亡教育中应用互动式死亡焦虑舒缓工作坊的价值.方法 在2021年2月—2022年12月哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院护生中选取42名配合研究,依据随机数字表法分2组,各21名.对照组以传统教学方法为主,观察组以互动式死亡焦虑舒缓工作坊教学方式实施死亡教育.比较2组死亡焦虑评分、教学满意度、对死亡态度评分.结果 干预前2组护生的死亡焦虑评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组护生的死亡焦虑评分[(6.12±1.35)分]较对照组低,护生对教学满意度95.24%高于对照组 66.67%,观察组死亡逃避[(12.32±2.12)分]、死亡恐惧[(18.35±2.12)分]、逃离接受的评分[(12.32±1.23)分]低于对照组,自然接受[(19.98±1.35)分]、趋近接受[(28.35±1.3)分]高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 互动式死亡焦虑舒缓工作坊应用在肿瘤医院护生死亡教育中的效果明显,可提升护生的参与积极性,改善护生对死亡的焦虑情绪,增强护生面对死亡的态度,其满意此种教学方法,临床上可借鉴.
Application of Interactive Death Anxiety Relief Workshop in Death Education of Nursing Students in Cancer Hospital
Objective To explore the value of interactive death anxiety relief workshop in death education for nursing students in cancer hospital.Methods A total of 42 nursing students from the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Harbin Medical University from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected to participate in the study and divided into 2 groups with 21 in each group according to random number table method.The control group was mainly taught by traditional teaching methods,while the observation group was taught by interactive death anxiety relief workshop.The scores of death anxiety,teaching satisfaction and attitude towards death were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the score of death anxiety between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of death anxiety in the observation group[(6.12±1.35)points]was lower than that in the control group,and the teaching satisfaction of nursing students was 95.24%higher than that in the control group(66.67%).The scores of death escape[(12.32±2.12)points],death fear[(18.35±2.12)points]and escape acceptance[(12.32±1.23)points]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of natural acceptance[(19.98±1.35)points]and approach acceptance[(28.35±1.3)points]were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interactive death anxiety relief workshop in the death education of nursing students in cancer hospital has obvious effects,which can enhance the participation enthusiasm of nursing students,improve their anxiety about death,and enhance their attitude towards death.They are satisfied with this teaching method,which can be used for clinical reference.
