Interventional ultrasound is a new discipline.Its theoretical system is becoming more and more perfect,application field is expanding,and requirements for practitioners are becoming higher and higher.Cultivating interdisciplinary talents with innovative thinking and standardized skills is critical to realize the sustainable development of interventional ultrasound discipline.From the mode of interventional ultrasound thinking training,this paper discusses professional requirements,implementation methods and status value of knowledge reserve,teaching mode and role empowerment,skill training,clinical practice and other contents in the training process of interventional ultrasound specialists.This paper summarized the interventional ultrasound department of Chinese PLA general hospital more than 10 years of discipline development and talent training experience,and put forward the systematic knowledge reserve is the basis of training,the integration of teaching methods is the guarantee of training,diversified roles are the basic requirement of sustainable development,standardized skills training and clinical practice are the key way of talent training and discipline construction steady progress.Interventional ultrasound thinking and skill training are of great significance to improve the quality of interventional ultrasound talents in China and promote the sustainable development of minimally invasive medicine.
