摘要

研究分析了目前专业硕士研究生科研能力的现状及培养策略,找寻科研能力提高的方法,分析如何在规范化培训中培养科研意识、完成科研课题.临床医学专业学位研究生科研思维和能力的培养需要长期坚持,科学合理设置科研理论课程,开展学术沙龙,加强培养研究生的外语阅读和翻译能力,完善科研考核体系,鼓励科研创新,加强导师管理;必须要对科研能力培养有足够重视度,创新科学意识和思维,将科研与临床充分结合,才能培养具备临床科研能力的高水平人才.

Abstract

This study analyzes the current situation and training strategies of research abilities of professional master's students,seeks for the methods to improve the scientific research ability of the clinical specialized graduate students,and analyzes how to cultivate scientific research consciousness and complete the scientific research project in the standardized training.The cultivation of scientific research thinking and ability of postgraduates with clinical medical degrees can not be separated from the gradual accumulation,scientific and reasonable establishment of scientific research theory courses,development of academic salons,and enhancement of the cultivation of postgraduates'foreign language reading and translation ability,improve the scientific research assessment system,encourage scientific research innovation.It is necessary to pay enough attention to the cultivation of scientific research ability,to innovate scientific consciousness and thinking,to fully combine scientific research with clinical practice,to train high-level talents with clinical scientific research ability.
