The focus of standardized training for resident doctors in China has shifted from system construction to quality construction,and the management of teachers and resident doctors are the two core points in quality construction.In order to cultivate the scientific clinical thinking ability and standardized clinical ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment ability of ultrasound resident physicians,a one-year independent on-computer training is arranged in the third stage of the Standardized Training Contents and Standards for Resident Physicians,during which medical quality control becomes a top priority.This study summarizes the difficulties of the main points,combined with the domestic excellent management experience,from clinical management,teaching,quality control to discuss the three aspects of the sixth affiliated hospital of sun yat-sen university of ultrasonic quality control management propulsion work,ultrasonic implementation of the standardization,standardization and homogeneity,promote the development of high quality connotation,in order to initially establish ultrasonic medical living culture quality control system.
