The Application Strategy of the Improvement of Scientific Research Ability in Medical Students Based on the POA+PEE Methods
At present,the traditional teaching mode is difficult to achieve the teaching purpose of cultivating medical students'scientific thinking and Research and innovation capabilities.To break through the one-way output mode of traditional teaching,we need to find a new teaching mode.This paper briefly analyses the problems and shortcomings of the current model of cultivating medical students'research skills,and proposes a new model combining the Production Oriented Approach(POA)and Pharmacology Exploratory Experiment(PEE),in which the teacher needs to act as a"leader"to guide students to collect data,design experimental protocols,implement experiments and complete thesis writing around a specific topic in a"drive,facilitate and evaluate"organizational format.It not only guides students'attention to academic hotspots and cutting-edge issues in the teaching process,but also expands students'scientific thinking,fosters a desire for scientific exploration and innovation,and improves students'literature integration and hands-on experimental skills.The practical path adopted in this paper for the improvement of medical students'research ability is highly feasible and combines the advantages and characteristics of universities in ethnic areas on their own to propose specific implementation paths and strategies.
