Objective The study is to discuss the effect of introducing the principle of making organization chips to undergraduate laboratory class of"oral histology and pathology".Methods From September to December 2020,taking 59 class of 2017 undergraduate stomatology students as the object of study and teaching them the principle of making organization chips and theory of HE-staining,the study evaluates the course effect via questionnaire.Results The questionnaire result showed that 57 students(96.61%)considered it helpful to learning film reading and triggering interest in laboratory class.39 students(66.1%)observed the non-study organizational structure and abnormal structure(conditions)and among them 36 students(92.31%)found that the abnormal structure was taught in the class.Conclusion Introducing the principle of making organization chips to undergraduate laboratory class of"oral histology and pathology"can trigger the interest of students in laboratory class and help the film reading learning,which can effectively improve the educational objectives and teaching quality.
