Application of Real Case-Based Situational Simulation Teaching Method in Anesthesiology Clinical Teaching
Objective To explore the practical effect of situational simulation teaching method based on real cases in clinical teaching of anesthesiology.Methods From January to July 2022,A total of 60 students majoring in anesthesia(studying the course of Clinical Anesthesiology)in grade 2021 and grade 2022 were taken as the research objects.The above students were randomly divided into the research group and the control group.The control group applied the traditional teaching mode,while the research group implemented the real case-based situational simulation teaching method.Finally,the theoretical knowledge and operational skills test scores of students in different groups were compared and observed.Results After the application of different teaching methods,it was found that the students'performance was improved,and the performance of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the self-evaluation period,the identification improvement rate of the study group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 86.67%.The identification improvement rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical teaching of anesthesiology,the use of real case-based scenario simulation teaching method can improve the students'academic performance,clinical operation skills,and promote students'self-evaluation and teaching satisfaction significantly.
