目的 探讨模块式教学联合基于数字化影像存储及传输系统(picture archiving and communication systems,PACS)的以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在医学影像学见习教学中的应用价值.方法 2022年 9-12 月,选择中南大学湘雅二医院学习的2019级五年制临床医学133名学生作为研究对象,按学号顺序分组,试验组66名,采用基于PACS系统的CBL联合模块教学模式.对照组67名,采用传统多媒体幻灯片(powerpoint,PPT)面授式教学方法,通过专业考核和问卷调查评估教学效果.结果 试验组学生的读片测验和卷面测验成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).问卷调查各项指标显示试验组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 模块式教学联合基于PACS的CBL教学法能激发医学生的学习兴趣,更深入地学习影像学知识,提高了医学影像学见习教学的效果.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of modular teaching combined with case-based learning(CBL)based on digital image storage and communication systems(PACS)in medical imaging internship teaching.Methods From September to December 2022,a total of 133 students from the 2019 five-year clinical medicine program at the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University were selected as the research subjects.They were grouped in order of student numbers,and the experimental group consisted of 66 students.The CBL combined module teaching model based on PACS system was adopted.A control group of 67 students were taught through traditional multimedia PPT face-to-face teaching methods,and the teaching effectiveness was evaluated through professional assessments and questionnaire surveys.Results The reading test and paper test scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of modular teaching and PACS based CBL teaching method can stimulate the learning interest of medical students,deepen their learning of imaging knowledge,and improve the effectiveness of medical imaging internship teaching.
