PBL联合导师制教学法在急诊护理实习生中的教学应用

目的 探索基于问题的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合导师制教学法在急诊护理实习生带教的教学效果.方法 于 2021 年 06 月-2022 年 06 月将泉州市第一医院急诊科 100 名护理实习生,随机分为研究组和对照组,各 50 名.其中,研究组采用PBL联合导师制教学法,对照组采用"一对一"带教法.比较两组在教学前、后急诊护理项目的理论考试成绩与实践技能评分,导师评价护理实习生在实习的学习效果(自学能力、分析能力、评判性思维、团队合作、语言表达、师生互动、课堂活跃度),实习生评价对于教学(方式、态度、知识面)的满意度.结果 研究组实习生在心肺复苏、洗胃、呼吸机使用急诊护理项目的理论考试成绩与实践技能评分较教学前显著的提升,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05.研究组导师在评价护理实习生在课堂的学习中的自学能力、分析能力、评判性思维、团队合作、语言表达、师生互动、课堂活跃度率均高于对照组,(P<0.05).研究组实习生对于教学方式、态度、知识面的满意度均高于对照组,(P<0.05).结论 在急诊护理实习生带教的教学中,实施以PBL联合导师制教学法教学,可显著的提升实习生在急诊护理项目的理论与实践技能掌握能力,提高学习效果,获得理想满意度.
Observation on the Teaching Effect of PBL Combined Tutorial System Teaching Method in Emergency Nursing Interns
Objective To explore the teaching effect of PBL combined tutorial system teaching method in emergency nursing interns.Methods A total of 100 nursing interns in the emergency department of our hospital(June 2021 to June 2022)were randomly divided into the research group and the control group with 50 intern students in each group.The research group adopted the PBL combined tutorial teaching method,and the control group adopted the"one-to-one"teaching method.The theoretical examination scores and practical skill scores of the two groups of emergency nursing projects before and after teaching were compared.The tutor evaluated the learning effect of nursing interns in practice(self-study ability,analytical ability,critical thinking,team cooperation,language expression,teacher-student interaction,classroom activity),and the interns evaluated their satisfaction with teaching(methods,attitudes,knowledge).Results The scores of the theoretical examination and practical skills of the interns in the study group in the emergency nursing items of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,gastric lavage and ventilator use were significantly higher than those before teaching,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The tutors in the research group evaluated the self-study ability,analytical ability,critical thinking,teamwork,language expression,teacher-student interaction,and classroom activity rate of nursing interns in the classroom learning,which were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Interns in the study group were more satisfied with teaching methods,attitudes and knowledge than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of emergency nursing interns,the implementation of PBL combined tutorial system teaching method can significantly improve the interns'ability to master the theory and practical skills in emergency nursing projects,improve the learning effect of interns,obtain higher satisfaction,and achieve ideal results.
