仿真模拟结合成果导向教育在医学生检验医学教学中的应用

目的 探究仿真模拟结合成果导向教育模式对医学生检验医学考核成绩及综合素质的影响.方法 选择于滨州医学院烟台附属医院 2021 年 7 月—2022 年 8 月实习的医学生 96 名,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各 48 名.对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组实施仿真模拟结合成果导向教育模式.比较 2 组医学生考核成绩、综合素质及对教学效果的评价.结果 观察组医学生理论知识评分[(34.17±2.21)分]、临床实践评分[(25.61±1.53)分]、荧光核型判读评分[(26.10±1.35)分]及总成绩评分[(85.18±2.68)分]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05).查阅文献能力评分[(8.92±0.30)分]、临床思维能力评分[(9.20±0.31)分]、沟通表述能力评分[(8.63±0.26)分]、临床证据获取能力评分[(9.12±0.36)分]、临床知识理解能力评分[(9.13±0.29)分]、问题分析能力评分[(9.18±0.23)分]、问题解决能力评分[(9.16±0.25)分]、临床前沿把握能力评分[(8.11±0.24)分]、团队合作能力评分[(8.39±0.34)分]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医学生对教学效果评价中喜欢该种教学方式,该种教学方式能够提升自身学习积极性、该种教学方式能够提升自身自主学习能力、该种教学方式利于理论知识的理解及应用、希望能够扩大该种教学模式应用范围均较对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论仿真模拟结合成果导向教育模式能够有效调动医学生学习积极性,提高检验医学考核成绩及综合素质,提升教学效果.
Application of Simulation Combined With Result-Oriented Education in Laboratory Medicine Teaching for Medical Students
Objective To explore the influence of simulation combined with results oriented education on the examination results and comprehensive quality of medical students in laboratory medicine.Methods A total of 96 medical students from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,48 in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group implemented the simulation and results oriented education mode.The examination results,comprehensive quality and evaluation of teaching effect of the two groups of medical students were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge[(34.17±2.21)points],clinical practice[(25.61±1.53)points],fluorescent karyotype interpretation[(26.10±1.35)points]and total score[(85.18±2.68)points]of medical students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of literature review ability[(8.92±0.30)points],clinical thinking ability[(9.20±0.31)points],communication and expression ability[(8.63±0.26)points],clinical evidence acquisition ability[(9.12±0.36)points]The scores of clinical knowledge understanding ability[(9.13±0.29)points],problem analysis ability[(9.18±0.23)points],problem solving ability[(9.16±0.25)points],clinical frontier grasp ability[(8.11±0.24)points]and team cooperation ability[(8.39±0.34)points]were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medical students in the observation group liked this teaching method in the evaluation of teaching effect.This teaching method can improve their own learning enthusiasm,this teaching method can improve their own independent learning ability,this teaching method is conducive to the understanding and application of theoretical knowledge,and hope to expand the application scope of this teaching mode better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Simulation combined with results oriented education model can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of medical students,improve the examination results and comprehensive quality of laboratory medicine,and enhance the teaching effect.
