"影子"体验活动在呼吸内科护理教学中的应用

目的 探究"影子"体验活动在呼吸内科护理教学中的临床应用价值.方法 选取 2021 年 7 月—2022 年7 月在滨州医学院烟台附属医院呼吸内科实习的护生 80名作为研究对象,根据实习先后时间,将于 2021 年 7月—2022 年 1 月实习的护生作为对照组(n=40),实施常规教学;将于 2022 年 2-7 月实习的护生作为观察组(n=40),实施"影子"体验活动教学.分析两种教学方式对护生理论及操作成绩、评判性思维能力量表(critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)评分、临床迷你演练评估表(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)评分的影响.结果 培训后,观察组理论及操作成绩[(92.74±4.96)分、(94.52±4.75)分]高 于 对 照 组[(85.62±4.82)分、(79.22±4.73)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).培训后,观察组CTDI-CV总分[(300.41±9.42)分]高于对照组[(264.12±9.12)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).培训后,观察组Mini-CEX总分[(53.59±4.21)分]高于对照组[(66.92±5.64)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 在呼吸内科护理教学中对护生实施"影子"体验活动能够有效提升其理论、临床操作成绩,改善其评判思维能力及综合素质.
Application of"Shadow"Experience Activity in Nursing Teaching of Respiratory Department
Objective To explore the clinical application value of"shadow"experience activity in nursing teaching of respiratory department.Methods A total of 80 nursing students 2021 from July 2022 to July 2022 in the department of respiratory medicine of the Yantai Binzhou Medical University Hospital were selected for the study.Nursing students who practiced from July 2021 to January 2021 were selected as the control group(n=40),and routine teaching was implemented.Nursing students who practiced from February 2022 to July 2022 were selected as the observation group(n=40),and"shadow"experience activity teaching was implemented.The effects of the two teaching methods on nursing physiology and operation scores,critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV)scores,and mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)scores were analyzed.Results After the training,the theoretical and operational scores of the observation group[(92.74±4.96)points,(94.52±4.75)points]were higher than those of the control group[(85.62±4.82)points,(79.22±4.73)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After training,the CTDI-CV total score of observation group[(300.41±9.42)points]was higher than that of control group[(264.12±9.12)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After training,the total score of Mini-CEX in the observation group[(53.59±4.21)points]was higher than that in the control group[(66.92±5.64)points],with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of"shadow"experience activities for nursing students in respiratory medicine teaching can effectively improve their theoretical and clinical performance,improve their judgment thinking ability and comprehensive quality,and has high clinical application value.
