Application of"Shadow"Experience Activity in Nursing Teaching of Respiratory Department
Objective To explore the clinical application value of"shadow"experience activity in nursing teaching of respiratory department. Methods A total of 80 nursing students 2021 from July 2022 to July 2022 in the department of respiratory medicine of the Yantai Binzhou Medical University Hospital were selected for the study.Nursing students who practiced from July 2021 to January 2021 were selected as the control group(n=40),and routine teaching was implemented.Nursing students who practiced from February 2022 to July 2022 were selected as the observation group(n=40),and"shadow"experience activity teaching was implemented. The effects of the two teaching methods on nursing physiology and operation scores, critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV)scores,and mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)scores were analyzed. Results After the training, the theoretical and operational scores of the observation group[(92.74±4.96)points,(94.52±4.75)points]were higher than those of the control group[(85.62±4.82)points,(79.22±4.73)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After training, the CTDI-CV total score of observation group[(300.41±9.42)points]was higher than that of control group[(264.12±9.12)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After training, the total score of Mini-CEX in the observation group[(53.59±4.21)points]was higher than that in the control group[(66.92±5.64)points],with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of"shadow"experience activities for nursing students in respiratory medicine teaching can effectively improve their theoretical and clinical performance, improve their judgment thinking ability and comprehensive quality, and has high clinical application value.
