Research on Factors Related to Health Personnel Training and Optimization Strategies in the New Era
Health talent team is the core force to protect people's health,and the strategic requirements of the health field in the new era such as"Healthy China"emphasize the priority development position of protecting people's health.Accelerating the development of medical and health professionals is a key part of promoting the construction of Healthy China in all respects.Starting from the changes in China's health needs and connotation in the new era,this paper,based on the quantitative analysis of previous academic literature and the analysis of big data knowledge graph,clarified the problems and causes such as the lagging training model in the health field,the limited demand for training direction to meet the reality,and the imbalance of training types of resources,and explored some key factors emerging in the field of health talent training in recent years.In combination with the the McCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale and focusing on key factors such as professional professional identity and the need for full-cycle in-service education,questionnaire surveys were conducted on some typical regional medical colleges and medical institutions to demonstrate and analyze relevant situations,combining qualitative and quantitative methods and focusing on the improvement of relevant factors.In the top-level system design,the whole cycle training mechanism,the soft support of humanistic quality and other aspects,the optimization strategy for the new era of health talent team is proposed.
