Discussion on the Experience of Practice Tutorial System in Medical Imaging Related Majors
As a new mode of talent training,the medical student practice tutorial system has many advantages in clinical practice teaching.The radiology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University has carried out continuous reform and improvement in the practice of tutorial system for many years.It includes comprehensive evaluation of the quality of tutors and students,so as to select qualified practice tutors,and carry out two-way selection of tutors and students,and establish a complete assessment system.And in the teaching process to achieve the standardization of teaching content and personalized training of students,standardize the teacher group evaluation reward and punishment system and a series of management system improvement and development.At the same time,it is found a series of problems in the process of implementation,such as the tutor's failure to fulfill his duties,the students'poor enthusiasm and the limited teaching methods and contents,which led to unsatisfactory teaching results.Of course,the advantages of the tutorial system are gradually showing,which not only makes the internship students gain a lot in study,work and even scientific research innovation,but also has profound significance for the teaching and personal development of the practice tutors involved.With the development of tutorial system,its existing problems will continue to improve,and train more excellent graduates.
