At present,a double-track-in-one training mode combining clinical medical professional master's graduates and resident standardized training system has been widely carried out nationwide.The new model has significantly improved the clinical ability of the master's degree students.However,the phenomenon of"emphasizing clinical practice and neglecting scientific research"is widespread,leading to the obvious lack of scientific research ability and scientific research thinking.As a key platform for clinical research and translational medicine research,bio-bank plays an important supporting role in scientific research,translational application and talent cultivation.During the construction of bio-bank,high-quality compound medical talents with innovative awareness and practical ability can be cultivated.This paper focuses on the current situation of clinical medical postgraduate training in China,the current situation of the development of bio-bank,and the role,effect and assumption of bio-bank in the process of medical postgraduate training,with a view to building a new model of professional degree graduate talent training in the new era.
