Thoughts and Suggestions on Standardized Training for Residents in Infectious Diseases Department
Standardized training for resident physicians is an important cornerstone for cultivating excellent medical workers.Strengthening the standardized training of resident physicians for students in the infectious disease department and enhancing their emergency response and treatment capabilities for infectious diseases is of great significance for the country to respond to major sudden infectious diseases.Based on years of experience in standardized training of resident doctors in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University,the article points out that there are a series of problems in the infection department,such as weak reserves,insufficient attention,single teaching form,one-sided assessment methods,etc.By carrying out disease propaganda in the infectious disease department,strengthening the quality training of resident doctors in the infectious disease department,improving the teaching level of teachers,enriching teaching forms improve assessment indicators and comprehensively improve the standardized training quality of infectious disease resident physicians,and further enhance the emergency response and treatment capabilities of infectious disease resident physicians in the face of sudden public health events.
