The medical practitioner qualification examination is a universally recognized way to access the qualification of doctors.It plays a guiding role in the reform of medical education in China.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for medical teaching mode and teaching method.In order to adapt to the practicing physician qualification examination,the teaching and research section of internal medicine has analyzed the results of the medical practitioner qualification examination of the graduates from 2019 to 2023.The following problems still exist in the teaching of internal medicine:the practical teaching level needs to be improved,separation of basic and clinical courses,the teaching content of the course was out of line with the medical licensing examination content,the assessment and evaluation system is not perfect.In order to meet the requirements for the medical exam,it has been adopted a series of reforms and practices in the teaching process:improving the teaching ability of teachers,implementing the admittance system for clinical teachers,studying the content of medical licensing examination,reviseding syllabus,optimizing teaching content,reforming teaching method,constructing examination question bank,adjust the appraisal way,playing a competition lead,it has indeed improved the teaching level and the passing rate of medical practitioners.
