综合性大学医学课程思政教学的探索与实践

课程思政是新时代加强高校人才培养的重要举措.将课程思政运用于医学教育中,有利于培养医学专业学生的职业素养和医学道德精神,医学课程思政承载着新时代医学教育发展的必然使命,在对医学课程思政教学现状深入分析的基础上,发挥综合性大学结构上的优势,探索新时代医学课程思政教学的新思路.文章对综合性大学医学课程思政教学过程中遇到的问题进行剖析,通过结合综合性大学特色深入挖掘课程思政元素、创新医学课程思政教育教学形式、加强课程思政教师队伍建设和完善课程思政管理评价体系等方式进行改革,将知识讲授与价值引领结合起来,使医学生学习专业知识的同时培养高尚的道德情操,实现立德树人的根本目标,开拓培养卓越医学人才的新路径.
Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Teaching in Medical Courses in Comprehensive Universities
Curriculum ideological and political education is an important measure to strengthen talent cultivation in universities in the new era.The application of ideological and political education in medical education is conducive to cultivating the professional quality and medical moral spirit of medical students.The ideological and political education in medical courses carries the inevitable mission of the development of medical education in the new era.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of ideological and political education in medical courses,the advantages of comprehensive university structure are exerted to explore new ideas for ideological and political education in medical courses in the new era.This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the process of ideological and political education of medical courses in comprehensive university,and carries out reforms by combining the characteristics of comprehensive university to deeply explore the ideological and political elements of the courses,innovate the teaching forms of ideological and political education of medical courses,strengthen the construction of the teaching team of ideological and political courses,and improve the evaluation system of ideological and political management of the courses.By combining knowledge teaching and value guidance,medical students can cultivate noble moral sentiments while learning professional knowledge,realize the fundamental goal of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and open up a new path to train outstanding medical talents.
