以岗位胜任力为导向的医学人才培养改革路径研究

按照国家《关于加强医学教育工作 提高医学教育质量的若干意见》,基本岗位胜任力为导向的医学生培养模式将是院校教育的重点和核心任务是医学教育改革的重要方向.通过对当前国内外医学生岗位胜任力教育的现状研究,客观分析岗位胜任力教育中存在的问题,系统总结相关医学院校在医学生岗位胜任力教育中的成功经验,提出医学生岗位胜任力的教育内容和方法,通过在教育实践中实施医教协同发展,实现理论与实践环节的有机对接;制定和实施执业医师考试提升方案,促进医学教育质量的提升;开展毕业生追踪调研等方法来有效提高医学教育水平,为更好满足人民群众多样化的医疗服务提供良好的医学教育基础,最终实现医学人才培养质量的全面提升.
Research on the Path of Medical Personnel Training Reform Oriented by Job Competency
According to the national Several Opinions on Strengthening Medical Education Work and Improving the Quality of Medical Education,the basic job competency oriented medical student training model will be the focus and core task of college education,and an important direction of medical education reform.By studying the current situation of job competence education for medical students both domestically and internationally,objectively analyzing the problems in job competence education,systematically summarizing the successful experience of relevant medical colleges in job competence education for medical students,proposing the educational content and methods of job competence for medical students,and implementing the coordinated development of medical education in educational practice to achieve organic integration of theory and practice.Develop and implement an improvement plan for the examination of practicing physicians to promote the quality of medical education.Conducting graduate tracking research and other methods to effectively improve the level of medical education,provide a good foundation for medical education to better meet the diverse medical services of the people,and ultimately achieve a comprehensive improvement in the quality of medical talent cultivation.
