目的 探讨基于数字虚拟仿真系统的案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在神经外科临床教学中的应用效果.方法 2022 年 1-12 月,选取广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院外科学习的 60 名临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用基于数字虚拟仿真系统的CBL教学法进行教学,对照组采用传统教学法教学.通过问卷调查比较 2 组的外科学理论和临床技能考试、教学效果评价.结果 试验组理论知识考核成绩(88.66±11.25)分和技能成绩(90.55±8.54)分,均高于对照组的理论知识考核成绩(78.32±11.61)分和技能成绩(80.62±8.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).满意度问卷显示试验组除了在临床工作效能方面与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,在其他亚类,试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于数字虚拟仿真系统的CBL教学法能让学生更好地理解和掌握神经外科疾病,有效提高学生的考核成绩,激发学习兴趣,提高学生自主学习能力,在临床教学中具有一定的应用前景.
Application of CBL Teaching Method Based on Digital Virtual Simulation System in Neurosurgery Clinical Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)teaching method based on digital virtual simulation system in the clinical Teaching of neurosurgery.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,a total of 60 clinical medicine undergraduates practicing in surgery department at Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital were selected for the study and randomly divided into a experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was taught with CBL teaching method based on digital virtual simulation system,and the control group was taught with traditional teaching method.The differences between the two groups were compared by means of examinations on surgical theory and clinical skills,and questionnaires for evaluation of teaching effectiveness.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge[(88.66±11.25)ponits]and skill[(90.55±8.54)ponits]in experimental group were higher than those of control group[(78.32±11.61)ponits,(80.62±8.45)ponits],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction questionnaire showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in other subcategories except for the clinical work efficiency of the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL teaching method based on digital virtual simulation system can enable students to better understand and master neurosurgical diseases,effectively improve students'assessment performance,stimulate learning interest and improve students'independent learning ability,which has certain application prospects in clinical teaching.
