Objective To explore the teaching value of high simulation scenario simulation teaching in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Method A total of 86 students from the bedside teaching class of grade 2021 and grade 2022 in the pulmonary department of Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and objectively randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the high simulation scenario simulation teaching method.After the two teaching methods,the result of the theory examination and teaching satisfaction were determined.Results After teaching,the theoretical test score of the observation group[(90.15±7.29)points]was higher than that of the control group[(85.33±8.22)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of observation group(90.70%)was higher than that of control group(65.12%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the introduction of high simulation scenario simulation teaching method in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma can significantly improve students'assessment performance,increase teaching satisfaction,make students more active in learning,and have a high clinical teaching prospect.
