Application of Online and Offline Blended Teaching Mode to Health Analytical Chemistry Experiment Teaching
Objective To explore the effect of application of online and offline blended teaching mode in health analytical chemistry experiment teaching. Methods A total of 52 undergraduates majoring in health inspection and quarantine of Grade 2021 in Guizhou Medical University from September to December 2022 were selected as teaching objects and divided into two groups. The first group with 20 students was the control group, which was taught with the traditional teaching method. The second group with 32 students,as the experimental group, was taught with the online and offline blended teaching mode. The basic operating skills of the two groups of students was compared, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the satisfaction of students'teaching effects. Results The test scores of the control group and the experimental group were 72.50(65.25,78.00)points and 81.50(72.00,85.00)points respectively, and the experimental group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the high score group(≥80 points),the experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion In the teaching of health analytical chemistry experiment, the online and offline blended teaching mode and skill examination effectively improves students'experimental exam results and practical operation ability.Students have high satisfaction on the blended teaching mode and good teaching effect was achieved.
