Objective To analyze the teaching effect and quality evaluation of management by objectives teaching method in gynecological clinical nursing.Methods A total of 90 nursing interns from the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the Second People's Hospital of China Three Gorges University from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 45 in the control group and 45 in the research group following the objective management teaching method,and the application effect and quality evaluation of the two groups of nursing teaching were compared.Results The scores of nursing theory[(89.20±2.80)points]and nursing skills[(85.12±3.44)points]of the reseach group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of communicative ability,practical ability,analytical ability,problem-solving ability,and humanistic accomplishment of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The evaluation of operation ability,teaching method,responsibility,theoretical knowledge and teaching level of the teachers in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction of teaching teachers in the research group was 91.11%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The objective management teaching method can improve the nursing theoretical knowledge and nursing skills of obstetric nursing interns,enhance their comprehensive ability,can effectively promote the quality of nursing students'learning and the clinical teaching effect is remarkable.
