Application of Results-Oriented PBL and CBL Teaching Methods in Teaching Pulmonary Mycosis
Pulmonary fungal disease refers to lung disease caused by fungal infection. As one of the important complications leading to patient death and disability, pulmonary fungal disease deserves early attention. In the specialized teaching of pulmonary fungal diseases,in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment capability of resident physicians in respiratory medicine during their rotation period,in line with the teaching goal of"enhancing medical and comprehensive diagnostic and treatment capabilities",based on the analysis of the learning situation, the teaching strategy of case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)is implemented,with"non-specialized doctors"as the main focus and guided by the concept of outcome-oriented education. Finally, the teaching effectiveness evaluation is completed through comprehensive evaluation criteria. This teaching method enhances the skills of residents in diagnosing and treating pulmonary mycosis, and warrants further study.
