Research on the Application of Stage Target Teaching and Situational Simulation Training in Midwifery Teaching
Objective To explore the combined application effect of stage target teaching and situational simulation training in the practice teaching of obstetric midwives.Methods A total of 40 trainee midwives from Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from July 2020 to November 2021 were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups.The stage target teaching and situational simulation training were adopted by the observation group,whereas the routine teaching was adopted by the control group.The comprehensive assessment results and two-way satisfaction survey results after teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The comprehensive assessment score of the observation group was(84.65±1.50)points,which was higher than that of the control group(71.97±1.47)points,and the satisfaction of trainee midwives and teachers was higher,respectively(87.19±2.44)points,(85.36±1.47)points 2.60)points,higher than the control group's(73.55±2.18)points and(76.84±2.05)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application method of stage target teaching and situational simulation training can improve the teaching quality of obstetric midwives'practice teaching,improve the comprehensive assessment results,and both teachers and students obtain high satisfaction,which has application value.
