Study on the Cognition of the Home Page of Inpatient Medical Records
Objective To understand the academic emotions of clinical students on the first page of hospitalization medical records,analyze the factors affecting the teaching effect and explore the measures to improve the teaching.Methods In May 2022,the online questionnaire to investigate 158 clinical students from the Second Clinical College of Chongqing Medical University was used who had learned the course"Interpretation of the First Page of Hospitalization Medical Records".Results Among 158 clinical students,66(41.77%)clinical students were very satisfied with the course"Interpretation of the First Page of Hospitalization Medical Records"offered by this major,and 87(55.06%)were satisfied.30 clinical students(18.99%)said that they would definitely use their spare time to learn the knowledge related to the first page of hospitalization medical records,88 students(55.7%)said they would most likely,and 40 students(25.51%)said they would not.Conclusion The interpretation of the first page of inpatient medical records or the international classification of diseases should be solidify as a compulsory course for clinical students in medical colleges,strengthen the awareness of clinical students to learn the relevant knowledge of the first page of inpatient medical records after class,and cultivate their independent learning ability after class.Enhance clinical students awareness of the importance of accuracy of filling in the first page of inpatient medical records in diagnosis related groups(DRG),so as to enhance clinical students'emotional and knowledge cognition of the first page of inpatient medical records.
