The Application Effect on Joint Teaching Mode in Improving the Emergency Ability of Physicians in the Resident Training of Anesthesiology Department
Objective To explore the methods and effect of emergency response training in standardized training for resident anesthesiologists.Methods A total of 40 resident physicians who received standardized training in the department of anesthesiology,Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Medical School,Nanjing University from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 20 physicidns in each group,according to the differences in teaching modes.The control group adopted the traditional case teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the joint teaching mode.The assessment results,questionnaire scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of clinical theory examination and clinical emergency case analysis examination in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,such as the degree of impression,comprehensiveness of analysis,student participation,teaching attraction and teaching vividness(P<0.05).The satisfaction of strain ability,communication ability,teamwork,clinical operation level and clinical thinking ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The passing rate of doctor qualification examination and standardized training completion examination in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test scores of theoretical knowledge and practical ability in the first,second and third academic years of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the joint teaching mode in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents in the clinical emergency management teaching can obtain a better training effect,which is conducive to the improvement of the theoretical and practical ability of the standardized training physicians,and the training satisfaction is higher.
