Anesthesia for cardiovascular surgery not only requires a deep theoretical foundation,but also emphasizes rich practical experience and a wide range of application capabilities.At the same time,it is also a very risky clinical technology field.The focus of anesthesia management is significantly different from that of non-cardiac surgery,and anesthesia related operations are more complex than ordinary anesthesia,occupying a special position in the field of anesthesiology.Fuwai Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,Shenzhen is a national grade A cardiovascular hospital,affiliated to the National Cardiovascular Center,and also a teaching collaboration base for standardized training of residents the University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital.It is responsible for conducting cardiovascular anesthesia training for residents for two months.Resident doctors have limited exposure to cardiovascular surgery anesthesia and lack theoretical knowledge and clinical experience.Helping resident doctors familiarize themselves with cardiovascular anesthesia theory and procedures within two months of learning is challenging,and it also puts forward higher requirements for resident training and teaching.This paper analyzes the teaching experience in cardiovascular anesthesia and clinical work in recent years,summarizes the teaching mode,esophageal ultrasound skill training,WeChat platform teaching and other aspects,and makes prospects for cardiovascular specialty training,promoting the improvement of the comprehensive ability of resident physicians in cardiovascular anesthesia,and further promoting the development and progress of cardiovascular anesthesia.
