Exploration on Teaching Practice of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Practitioners
Continuing education is an important way and means to improve the professional skills of ultrasound doctors.With the rapid development and the continuous expansion of its clinical application,musculoskeletal ultrasound(MSKUS)has become an important imaging tool for many clinical departments.However,MSKUS has not been widely promoted in China,and many doctors in grassroots hospitals have a limited understanding of MSKUS.MSKUS has its own specificity which integrate anatomy,pathology,clinical,and ultrasound.In addition to anatomical structures diagnosis,it also involves functional evaluation,which makes teaching of MSKUS difficult.Advanced learning is an important means to quickly master MSKUS.Based on many years of teaching experience of advanced MSKUS doctors,this article divides the training of advanced MSKUS doctors into four stages:related theoretical knowledge learning,standardized operation learning,common clinical diseases learning,as well as clinical observation and patient examination.The teaching characteristics,emphasis and teaching methods of each stage are summarized,and basic knowledge,skill operation and clinical thinking cultivation are taken into account,in order to better improve the quality of continuing education for advanced MSKUS doctors.
