口腔医学专业本科生科研训练体系的构建

口腔医学专业本科生科研训练符合国家对创新人才培养的基本需求,是培养科研思维及提高创新能力的重要环节,同时也是成就高素质口腔医学人才的必经之路.但目前对于口腔本科生科研训练尚未形成较为完善的体系,为此,笔者从软硬件条件层面、教学方式层面、指导教师层面及口腔本科生层面四个层面详细阐述当今科研训练现状以及存在的问题,从科研启蒙的开启、科研思维的培养,科研训练平台的搭建,科研训练课程的开展及选择,指导教师队伍的选拔、培训及考核,如何就口腔本科生进行科研训练的目的的转变及积极性的提高等方面提出合理的建议,以期搭建较为完善的口腔科研训练平台,实现高素质口腔医学本科生培养.
Construction of Scientific Research Training System for Undergraduate Students Majoring in Stomatology
The scientific research training of undergraduate students majoring in stomatology meets the basic needs of the country for the cultivation of innovative talents,is an important link in cultivating scientific research thinking and improving innovation ability,and is also the only way to achieve high-quality stomatology talents.However,at present,there is no more perfect system for the scientific research training of dental undergraduates,so the author elaborates on the current status quo and existing problems of scientific research training from the four levels of software and hardware conditions,teaching methods,instructors and dental undergraduates,from the opening of scientific research enlightenment,the cultivation of scientific research thinking,the construction of scientific research training platform,the development and selection of scientific research training courses,and the selection,training and assessment of the guiding teacher team.How to put forward reasonable suggestions on the change of the purpose of scientific research training and the improvement of enthusiasm of dental undergraduates,so as to build a relatively complete dental research and training platform and realize the training of high-quality stomatology undergraduates.
