Research on the Application Value of Refined Management in Hospital Teaching Management
As a knowledge intensive unit combining clinical treatment and medical research,hospitals should strengthen the management of hospital teaching work on the basis of improving their own clinical medical level.Fine management is a modern management method,and its application in hospital teaching management can help to improve the current problems such as low efficiency of hospital teaching management and process chaos.However,at present,the teaching management of most hospitals in China is mostly carried out manually,which is difficult to coordinate the relationship among students,teachers and hospital departments,and is not conducive to the development of refined management.Based on this,this study takes the teaching status management of Putian 95th hospital as the actual case,combined with Putian medical district information platform and the original system of the hospital,from the two aspects of learning support and teaching support,designs a hospital teaching management system with the functions of student attendance management,teaching scheduling adjustment,teaching results quantification and teaching evaluation feedback,in order to improve the fine management of hospital teaching and improve the quality of hospital teaching.
