检验医学科住院医师规范化培训是培养检验医师复合型人才的重要阶段.住院医师规范化培训与专业学位硕士研究生并轨政策实施后,仍存在时间不足、临床工作量大、基地培训考核机制不完善、指导教师经验能力不足等诸多亟须解决的问题.结合检验医学科专业自身的培养目标及要求,文章总结分析了广州医科大学附属第一医院检验医学科开展检验住院医师培训工作的探索、实践与经验,在入基地前教育、专业轮转制度、师资管理及教学质量、注重科研素养等多方面大力改革,不断完善管理体系,形成一套符合本基地实际情况且可操作性强的检验医学科住院医师规范化培训制度及管理体系,为检验医学科住院医师规范化培训制度提供参考依据.
Practice and Exploration on Standardized Training for Resident Physicians in Medical Laboratory Specialty
The standardized training for resident physicians in medical laboratory specialty is an important stage in cultivating compound talents for laboratory physician.After the implementation of the policy of integrating the standardized training for resident physicians with the professional degree master's students,there are still some urgent problems to be solved,such as time constraints,heavy tasks,imperfect training and assessment mechanisms,and the lack of experience and ability of teachers to guide residents.Based on the training objectives and requirements of the laboratory medicine major itself,this article summarizes and analyzes the exploration,practice and experience of the laboratory medicine department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University in carrying out laboratory resident physician training.Efforts are made to reform the pre base education,professional rotation system,teacher management and teaching quality,and focus on scientific research literacy,continuously improving the management system.Establish a standardized training system and management system for resident physicians in the laboratory medicine that is in line with the actual situation of the base and has strong operability,providing reference for the standardized training for resident physicians in the laboratory medicine department.
