Currently,disease prevention and control and health promotion have put forward new requirements for the reform of preventive medicine education and teaching.Based on the analysis of preventive medicine professional education problems,and of the necessity of carrying out the curriculum ideological and political education(CIPE).The professional core value system of preventive medicine specialty was constructed,including the value orientation of the maintenance and safeguard of people's health,the ethics for everyone's health and life,the era mission to build a public health system for big health,and the career health requirements to build a healthy China and serve the public health.Focus on professional core values,the curriculum ideological and political education elements in each course were explored,and then various educational practice methods of CIPE were carried out,including integrating CIPE elements into micro videos,integrating curriculum ideological and political education elements into the classroom teaching reform,carrying out the practice of theme activities,deeply integrating curriculum ideological and political education elements with innovation and entrepreneurship education.Furthermore,it coordinated the educational practice methods among different professional courses.Then the effect of curriculum ideological and political education in the course was examined from the students'course summary,examination and chapter test.With the above efforts,good results have been achieved in the CIPE.
