Teaching Research and Practice of Spleen and Stomach Diseases Integrate Curriculum Ideology and Politics in International Students
Objective To carry out ideological and political education of spleen and stomach diseases course of traditional Chinese medicine for international students,and to carry out evaluation.Methods From January 2022 to October 2022,51 undergraduate foreign students of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 2020 were selected as teaching objects,by digging into the ideological and political points of spleen and stomach diseases of traditional Chinese medicine,and the questionnaire was used to investigate the interests of the ideological and political points of international students,according to the investigation results,the"curriculum ideological and political"was integrated into the classroom teaching of traditional Chinese medicine spleen and stomach diseases of international students,and finally through the questionnaire to understand the students'satisfaction with the ideological and political effects of the course.Results A total of 51 international students completed the survey,the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 100%,the teaching satisfaction was 90.20%,the learning enthusiasm satisfaction was 94.12%,and the professional accomplishment satisfaction was 92.16%.96.08%of the students carried out ideological and political education,66.67%of the students liked ideological and political materials,and 88.24%of the students could improve their personal quality.The top seven ideological and political points in terms of scores were:Historical figures Zhuge Liang[(8.17±0.21)points],Banxia Xiexin Decoction"platoon troops"[(8.10±1.03)points],Chinese diet and traditional festivals[(7.33±0.61)points],evolution of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine[(7.17±0.84)points],history of gastroscopy[(6.92±1.07)points],Chinese Tai chi and other sports culture[(6.87±0.77)points],humanistic care in"On Cold Disease"[(6.69±0.65)points].The top five ideological and political entry points in terms of scores were as follows:Chinese culture[(7.57±0.34)points],medical records of Chinese and Western celebrities(7.32±0.27)points],self-cultivation[(6.33±0.58)points],life education[(6.21±0.44)points],patriotic education[(5.58±0.36)points].Conclusion The excavated ideological and political points can be integrated into the teaching of spleen and stomach diseases for international students,with a focus on Chinese culture and other ideological and political elements.The integration of ideological and political education can focuse on combining case studies and online teaching forms.
