Application Research of Ultrasound-guided Peripheral Nerve Block in Anesthesia Anatomy Teaching
Objective To apply ultrasound guided technology to anesthesia anatomy courses and to explore a neural block teaching mode that combines traditional blind exploration of abnormal sensations with real-time ultrasound image guidance. Methods Five-year anesthesiology students from January 2019 to January 2020 of Shenyang Medical College from grade 2014 to 2015 were selected as the research objects,in which classes 1~3(90 students)of 2014 undergraduate anesthesiology students were the control group, and classes 1~3(90 students)of 2015 undergraduate anesthesiology students were the test group.Among them, the control group received conventional teaching methods, while the test group introduced ultrasound technology during the teaching period. Finally, the basic theoretical knowledge and comprehensive application ability of the two groups of students were assessed, their exam scores were recorded, and a questionnaire survey was used to understand the teaching evaluation of the two groups of students on the teaching mode. Results The basic theoretical knowledge score of the test group was(42.6±3.8)points,comprehensive application ability score was(44.2±5.4)points,and total score was(86.8±9.2)points,The control group received(38.7±3.5)points,(40.1±2.6)points,and(78.8±6.1)points,respectively.Compared with the control group, the test group had higher scores in basic theoretical knowledge and comprehensive application ability, and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction with the questionnaire survey in the test group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional blind exploration of abnormal sensation and real-time ultrasound image guidance in the teaching mode of nerve block in anesthesia anatomy can provide a new learning mode for students majoring in Anesthesiology.
