Practice of"Three-method Integration"Based on OBE Concept in Training Rehabilitation Professional Master Students
In order to improve the teaching quality of professional masters in rehabilitation medicine and physiotherapy,and to explore more suitable for efficient teaching mode in the training process of them,carry out teaching reform with graduate students as the center.The aim is to improve the clinical comprehensive work ability of postgraduates to the greatest extent.The"Three-method Integration"teaching mode of case + video + lecture notes was adopted to select three types of disease cases(18 cases),through the formulation of diagnosis and treatment procedures,the writing of synchronous lecture notes and the formulation of practical assessment system,the logical establishment of theoretical knowledge and solid grasp of practical skills were cultivated for rehabilitation medicine and physiotherapy master students before,during and after class.This paper guided by the concept of outcome-based education(OBE),and based on the analysis of the training mode and learning situation of graduate students majoring in rehabilitation medicine and physiotherapy,aimed to carry out teaching reform of innovative teaching design,teaching content and evaluation system.And a teaching and evaluation model focusing on the practical skills training of rehabilitation master's degree students is proposed,which provides ideas for the training of similar professionals to a certain extent.
