A Qualitative Study on the Influencing Factors of Blended Learning Experience and Curriculum Quality
Objective To probe into the real study experience of nursing teachers and students in developing and participating in the blended nursing course and the influencing factors of the quality of the blended nursing course,so as to provide reference and basis for constructing the high-quality mixed nursing course.Methods Objective sampling method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 10 nursing undergraduates and 8 teachers who had participated in the construction of blended nursing courses in School of Nursing,Harbin Medical University from July to October in 2021.Results Four themes were extracted:advantages of blended curriculum,teachers'experiences and challenges of developing blended curriculum,students'suggestions for improving the quality of blended curriculum,and factors influencing the quality of blended curriculum.Conclusion Students and teachers have a positive learning experience in the blended curriculum,but teachers face a variety of challenges in developing the blended curriculum,the quality of mixed nursing course still needs to be improved in practice according to the influencing factors.
