Exploration on"Competency-based,Student-oriented"Teaching Mode in Diagnostics Teaching
Diagnostics is a very important compulsory course for clinical medical students to transition from basic medicine to clinical medicine. It plays the role of bridge course and is very important for cultivating students'clinical thinking ability.Based on the characteristics of diagnostic courses, clinical teaching in real situations is very important to give full play to students'subjective initiative and improve their clinical practical ability. However, due to the lack of teaching resources, the tense relationship between doctors and patients, and the strict management of hospitals, students are faced with many obstacles to practice and develop clinical thinking in contact with real patients. In view of these realistic dilemmas,it is necessary to carry out the teaching mode of"competency-based,student-oriented"in teaching.By referring to previous researches on diagnostics teaching,it is found that carrying out such teaching modes as problem-based learning(PBL),flipped classroom, and standardized patients(SP)in diagnostics teaching can significantly improve students'learning initiative and interest in the course, and significantly improve the theoretical and practical assessment scores of diagnostics curriculum, and effectively promote the training of clinical skills and clinical thinking.
