Combined Application of CBL,PBL and Situational Teaching in Clinical Case Discussion Teaching for Pediatric Interns
Clinical case discussion is one of the important teaching activities to train students'decision-making thinking of clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis judgment during the graduation practice stage.In this paper,the combined application of case-based learning(CBL),problem-based learning(PBL)and situational teaching in clinical case discussion teaching for pediatric interns was explored,and it provided reference for future teaching.Experienced teachers formed a teaching team,carefully selected teaching cases according to the syllabus,made a list of questions according to the pre-class learning situation survey,and provided pre-class learning videos when necessary.Adopting a roundtable discussion method that is highly favored by classmates,guiding students to discuss according to the list of questions according to the teaching design during the discussion,mainly guide the students to clarify their arguments and basis,put forward confusion and questions,and finally summarize,comment,answer questions,propose through case discussion should master the knowledge and skills,investigate the teaching effect through the site or through the questionnaire star,and improve constantly.
