立德树人是高校教育的根本任务,也是课程思政建设的最终目标.线上线下混合式教学是"互联网+"时代的主流教学模式,为课程思政建设和践行立德树人的目标提供了合适的环境和抓手.海军军医大学药理学教学团队在多年教学实践中探索出具有自身特色、收效良好的混合式教学模式,同时遵循知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造的教学理念,提炼和挖掘药理学课程中的思政元素,将其融入混合式教学全过程中,并从提升教师育德能力、优化教学设计、选择合适教学方法和路径、完善评价体系等方面进行了探索和总结.通过实践专业课程与课程思政的同向同行,以期实现立德树人,为战育人,培养德才兼备的高素质、专业化新型军事人才的目标.
Practice and Reflection of the Curriculum Ideology and Politics Based on On-line and Off-line Blended Teaching Mode in Pharmacology
Moral education and talent cultivation is the fundamental task of higher education and the ultimate goal of the construction of curriculum ideology and politics.The on-line and off-line blended teaching is the mainstream teaching mode in the era of Internet accelerated speed,which provides a suitable environment and grasper for the construction of curriculum ideology and politics and the implementation of moral education and talent cultivation.The pharmacology teaching team of the Naval Medical University has explored the blended teaching mode with its own characteristics and good results through years of teaching practice.While following the teaching concepts of knowledge teaching,ability cultivation and value shaping,they have refined and excavated the ideological and political elements in pharmacology courses,integrating them into the whole process of blended teaching,and explored and summarized from the aspects of improving the ability of teachers to cultivate morality,optimizing teaching design,selecting appropriate teaching methods and paths,and improving the evaluation system.Through the practice of professional courses and the alignment of ideological and political education,the goal of cultivating high-quality and specialized new military talents with both moral character and talent was achieved.
